Cancellation & Refund Policy

Flexible Rate Plans ("RO_FLEX", "BB_FLEX", "HB_FLEX")

Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to 15:00 check-in on arrival day. Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night's stay. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

Non-Refundable Advance Purchase ("RO_NONREF")

Full prepayment is required at time of booking. These reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Package & Offer Bookings

Special promotional packages and seasonal offers may be subject to alternative cancellation terms as specified at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific offer terms and conditions.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds are made to the original payment method used during booking. International bank transfers may incur additional processing delays.
