1. Booking & Reservation Agreement

By completing a reservation through the Emirates StarsHotels & Resorts website, you enter into a direct agreement with the respective property operator. All bookings are subject to availability and the selected rate plan terms.

2. Pricing & Payment

All displayed rates are in AED (UAE Dirham) unless noted otherwise. Converted currency amounts shown for USD, GBP, and EUR are estimates and may vary based on exchange rates applied by your issuing bank. The confirmed booking amount is charged in AED. Taxes (5% VAT), service charge (10%), and UAE Tourism Dirham fee apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by rate plan. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Non-refundable advance purchase rates require full prepayment and are non-changeable. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate identification upon check-in per UAE regulations. Property amenities and services are subject to change without notice during religious holidays or maintenance periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Emirates StarsHotels & Resorts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or booking platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific reservation in question.
